Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason your product arrived damaged or incomplete, please reach out to us within 30 days from placing your order and we will be more than happy to offer a store credit or exchange the product for you.

Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for the full purchase price minus shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at erthscentials@gmail.com and we will provide you with exchange and shipping details to complete your exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders placed before 1 PM Monday-Friday are processed within 24 hours ready to ship. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be sent out 24-48 hours after your order is placed. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
